Booking a consultation or submitting a quote request is a request for services, not a binding contract. A project begins only when both parties agree scope, fees and timeline in a written proposal or agreement.

Package descriptions on this site outline typical scope and are subject to change based on your site, requirements and location.

Consulting fees, deposits and payment schedules are set out in your written proposal. Product prices are shown at checkout and may exclude tax and shipping until calculated.

We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

You can reschedule or cancel a consultation by contacting us before the scheduled time. Cancellation terms for paid engagements are defined in your agreement. Product returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy.

The site, brand marks, designs, layouts and written materials are owned by Strive Strategies unless stated otherwise. Deliverables produced for a client are licensed or transferred as set out in that client's agreement.

Gym layout and equipment recommendations are advisory. You remain responsible for permits, building codes, inspections, insurance and safe operation of your facility.

Training and equipment use carry risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any training programme.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the site, products or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order or engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
